Ten-week structured psychosocial support curriculum delivered to Grade Levels 8, 9, 10, 11,  and 12 cohorts. Identity, resilience, relationships, academic prowess, and transition readiness.

ROOTS Staff & Board Support

Half-day staff wellness training. Termly board advisory. Counsellor upskilling and supervision. Because a traumatised teacher cannot support a traumatised student.

A structured, low-risk first engagement. You get the diagnostic data your school has never had, plus a facilitated wellness day across all four Forms.

What is included

  • Whole-school student wellness diagnostic (online + paper administration)
  • School Health Intelligence Report (12–15 pages)
  • 2-day facilitated Student Wellness Intensive across Forms 1–4
  • 30-minute findings presentation to the leadership team
  • All data anonymized at individual level

Delivery: Approximately 2 weeks from booking to intensive day

Full Term Programme + Staff Training + Parent Session

Ten weeks of structured psychosocial programming delivered across your three priority Forms, plus staff and parent engagement. Designed to embed ROOTS into your school's term calendar.

  • Everything in Tier 1
  • 10-week ROOTS curriculum for Forms 1, 3, and 4
  • 1-hour weekly sessions per cohort
  • Half-day staff wellness training
  • Half-day parent engagement session
  • Termly progress report to leadership

Delivery: 10 weeks per term

Payment: 50% deposit on booking, 50% by mid-term

The full institutional partnership. Three terms of programming, ongoing board advisory, and certification for one of your in-house counsellors. This is what a school with a serious commitment to student and staff wellbeing looks like.

  • 2 whole-school diagnostics per year (baseline + endline for measurable progress)
  • Termly Board of Management advisory briefing
  • Counsellor upskilling and monthly clinical supervision
  • Annual ROOTS Counsellor Certification for one staff member
  • Access to the Orygin Core Africa resource hub
  • Priority crisis response (48-hour turnaround)
