1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of orygincoreafrica.co.ke and the services offered on it (including the Thrive Covenant Diagnostic) by Orygin Core Africa, Nairobi, Kenya.
2. Eligibility
The Thrive Covenant Diagnostic and other assessments are for adults aged 18 or older who are in a current or recent romantic relationship. If you are 17 or younger, please do not use these assessments.
3. Not a clinical diagnosis
The Thrive Covenant Diagnostic and all reports generated on this site are reflection and screening tools. They are not a clinical diagnosis and are not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care or medical care. If you are in crisis or immediate danger, use the emergency contacts listed in the assessment or dial 999 / 112.
4. Your account and honesty
You agree to provide accurate information and to answer the assessment honestly. You are responsible for the confidentiality of any resume links we email you.
5. Payments and refunds
The prices for assessments and services are displayed on the relevant page. Payments are collected via M-Pesa; a report is unlocked only after our team has confirmed receipt. Because assessments are digital and delivered as soon as the report is unlocked, they are non-refundable except where required by Kenyan law.
6. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access another person's assessment or report.
- Copy, republish or resell our assessment content.
- Use the service to harass, coerce or endanger any person.
- Interfere with the security or availability of the service.
8. Intellectual property
All content, wordmarks and assessment instruments on this site, including "Orygin Core Africa", "Thrive Covenant", "Thrive ROOTS", "Thrive BRIDGE" and "Thrive CORE", are owned by Orygin Core Africa. You retain ownership of your own responses and the reports we deliver to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Orygin Core Africa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
